Emergency First Aid at Work EFAW course
The new Emergency First Aid at Work ( EFAW) course is now available from Philippine First Aid. This course is HSE (Health and Safety Executive UK) approved and comes with approved certification valid for 3 years. The course is designed to provide first aid training that will enable you to give safe prompt and effective First Aid to casualty at work or member of the public following injury or illness.
Who is it for?
This course is ideal for Employers and companies of all types and sizes such as: Hotels, Security companies, Body guards, Office staff, Call Centers, Family Drivers, and employees from a range of industries or anyone wishing to gain knowledge of Emergency First Aid.

Who teaches the course?
The Emergency First Aid at Work EFAW course is taught by our chief instructor Mr. Richard Hunt, a UK qualified First Aid Instructor & National Beach Lifeguard, assisted by a Philippine Registered Nurse available for Tagalog translation where needed.
As a highly experienced and qualified educator, international teacher and First Aid instructor, Richard offers excellent delivery of information to customers, delivered in an informal and relaxed setting, ensuring that learning First Aid skills is fun and easy.
How long does it take?
6 hours contact time taught over one or two days.
What is the size of the class?
Classes are kept small, a maximum of 12, in order to ensure individual attention to customers and a high standard of education with plenty of opportunity for hands on practice and time for you to develop your confidence throughout the entire course.
What will I learn?
This course will teach you important skills in how to manage any Emergency First Aid situation, including life saving skills such as CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation) and action for severe bleeding, choking plus many others.
